Fun, competitive, free healthy lifestyle program.
Get on Track Challenge is a free, online, team-based challenge designed to help you increase your daily physical activity and fruit and vegetable intake. Funded by the WA Department of Health, Get on Track Challenge has be encouraging Western Australians to move more and eat better since 2008. The program is based on the latest behaviour change research, which supports consistent, small changes for long term health outcomes.
You can do the challenge in teams of up to four with your work colleagues, friends, or family. By tracking your fruit and vegetable intake and physical activity you will move along the virtual track map, competing with other teams to move the furthest distance.
Diabetes WA coordinates Official Challenges every couple of months, each one lasting 6 weeks. Anyone can join these challenges and compete against other teams throughout the state. Upcoming Official Diabetes WA Challenges are shown on the home page. Alternatively, you can Create Your Own Challenge to suit the specific needs of your workplace or group.
